You can subscribe to overviews of roles in operating businesses in the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of.Business Enterprises.
You can compile information from the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises or just one of these. This information will be delivered as two separate files showing the complete overview of roles. It is not possible to subscribe to role changes for a specific period.
The files contain information about the birth date. In order to be provided with files containing information about national identity number and gender, you will need a license for credit information services from the Data Protection Authority.
The information consists of: Organisation number, business date, birth date/national identity number/organisation number, name, role, address, postal code, postal area, country, elected by, liability, gender, date.
The role overview can be delivered daily, weekly or every month. If desired, we can agree upon less frequent delivery.
- Monthly delivery with information about roles from one register: NOK 5,000.00 (NOK 60,000.00 per year)
- Monthly delivery with information about roles from both registers: NOK 10,000.00 (NOK 120,000.00 per year)
- Daily/weekly delivery with role information from one register: NOK 10,000.00 (NOK 120,000.00 per year)
- Daily/weekly delivery with role information from both registers: NOK 15,000.00 (NOK 180,000.00 per year)
- Terms of subscription about roles from the Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities and the Register of Business Enterprises are regulated by the standard framework agreement
- You need to sign and submit both a framework agreement and a sub-agreement to access the service.
- You can submit the agreement to us by way of e-mail or post.
The files are column-based and are delivered in text format. The files can be opened in excel or in a good text editor. Delivery takes place through an SFTP account that has been created for you. We add the files to this account according to the agreed delivery frequency.
