Submission of annual accounts for non-profit organisations

Some non-profit organisations must submit annual accounts.
Associations which are registered in the Register of Non-Profit Organisations, and have undertaken an obligation to report accounting records, must each year submit annual accounts to the Register of Company Accounts.
The annual accounts must contain
- accounts of activities
- balance sheet
- note disclosures
- annual report
You submit the annual accounts through a separate form in Altinn.
The deadline for the submission of the annual accounts is:
- 30 September for annual accounts whose fiscal year ends in the period 1 July – 31 December
- 31 March for annual accounts whose fiscal year ends in the period 1 January to 30 June
The Register of Non-Profit Organisations will notify associations which do not meet the reporting obligations.
