Your case is processed
We have now received your case, and it will be processed.
The case will be processed digitally when:
- pre-produced texts have been used to describe activity/branch
- the form does not contain attachments
- the form is otherwise filled out in a correct way
When the case is digitally processed, you will receive a reply within an hour.
If the case is processed manually, it will be placed in a queue with other similar applications in chronological order and processed within 10 working days, at the latest, if this is a registration in The Register of Business Enterprises.
Inadequate information
If the information you have sent us is inadequate, we will contact you. We will provide you with information about what you have to do to correct it or have your case processed once more.
You haven’t received any answer from us?
If so, the explanation might be that it is not signed by you or others going to assist you with managing your sole proprietorship.
After the notification has been submitted, you can see who has signed it. Here is a guide to how you can check the status of your case.
