The Register of Bankruptcies announces decisions about commencement, all types of changes, discontinuation, completion and continuation of receivership.
The announcements will normally be available on the same day as the bankruptcy order has been made.
The announcement includes information about

- the branch/industrial code
- which district court has commenced the bankruptcy proceeding
- the commencement date
- the case number
- the name and address of the official receiver
- the time limit for filing claims on the estate
- the closing date
- the time and the venue for the first meeting of creditors

The announcement includes information about what has been changed in connection with previously announced bankruptcy orders. This can be a change of official receiver, a change of meeting of creditors, changes in previously announced deadlines, etc.
An order for the commencement of bankruptcy/compulsory liquidation/compulsory dissolution may be appealed to the Court of Appeal. If the Court of Appeal annuls the order, the termination order will be available in the announcement database for three weeks.

Continuation of receivership is automatically announced unless the district court stipulates otherwise.
