Language in registration documents

The general rule is that all documents should be in Norwegian.
This always applies to founding documents, articles of association, statements, auditor confirmations, and opening balance sheets. Minutes documenting the election of the board, auditor, assignment of signature rights, and similar matters may be written in English, Swedish, or Danish.
If there is any doubt about how the content should be understood, we may request that the document is translated into Norwegian.
