Fill in and sign the form Coordinated register notification

In order to get an organisation number, you must register the association with us. You do this by filling in the form Coordinated register notification.

Within you start, make sure that you have

• national identity number of all persons with whom you want to register with a role, such as a contact person or a chair of the board
• all necessary documents electronically available, such as articles of association, memorandum of association or minutes from the annual meeting

If the association has an accountant or auditor, he/she must also sign the form electronically.
