The Register of Mortgaged Movable Property, requires a Norwegian organisation number to be registered

The Central Coordinating Register for Legal Entities, if the debtor's business is registered in this register

The Norwegian Mapping Authority for registration in the Land Register, if the debtor owns real estate in Norway

The Register of Business Enterprises, if the debtor's business is registered in this register

The Register of Company Accounts, if the business is obliged to submit annual accounts

The Norwegian Registry for Elcertificates, if the debtor holds an electricity certificate account

Upload documents

The insolvency practitioner's appointment shall be evidenced by a certified copy of the original decision appointing it, or by any other certificate issued by the court which has jurisdiction. Documents must either be in Norwegian or English.

The sum of all the attachments cannot be more than 20 megabytes. It is not possible to submit more than 20 attachments.
