Attachment when reporting information about sub-entities

Enterprises that are to report information about several sub-entities, must report this in a separate attachment.
You can fill in and use the Form for sub-entities – activity at multiple addresses as attachment.
Different requirements for content in attachments
There are different requirements for the content of the attachment, depending on whether you are reporting a new sub-entity, changing information about an existing one, or registering closure. Here you will find an overview of the various requirements.

| The starting date of the activity | - date for when the activity was or will start |

| The sub-entity's activity | -description of the type of activity being conducted in the sub-entity |
| The sub-entity's postal address | - Post Office Box, street name, house number or place - postal code and postal area - municipality (number or name) |
| Other information | - telepone number, email address, web address |
The attachment must contain information about
- the sub-entity’s name
- organisation number
- what information is to be registered
If the organisation number is unknown, you can search in the key information from the Central Coordinated Register for Legal Entities.

The attachment must contain information about
- the sub-entity’s name
- organisation number
- what information is to be registered
