Revoking a merger of co-operatives

The decision to merge can be revoked by the same executive body which made the decision.
The revoking must be approved either by all the acquired companies or by the acquiring company.
You must attach
- the minutes from the annual meeting containing the decision to revoke the merger, or minutes from the board meeting if the board pursuant to special legislation approved the merger plan.
