Make changes to your housing cooperative

If there are changes to the information registered on the housing cooperative, you must update the information with us.

You report a new address by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
New business address
The business address to a housing cooperative is to be a Norwegian street address or name of place.
When changing the address to another municipality, the articles of association have to be changed as well. This type of change must be approved by the general meeting.
When changing to a new municipality, you need to enclose
- minutes from the general meeting
- updated articles of association
New postal address
If you would like your mail sent to a different address than the registered business address, you can report it as a postal address.
When the general meeting has elected a new board, you need to report this in the form Coordinated register notification. New board members must confirm that they have taken on the assignment.
When reporting a change in the board, you have to enclose
- minutes from the general meeting showing the resolution
When the housing cooperative changes the signature, you must report this in the form Coordinated register notification in Altinn.
You must attach
- minutes from the board meeting showing the assignment of signature, unless the entire board has signed in the form.
It must be clearly stated that the signature is assigned, and whether it is assigned jointly or separately.
You report a new business manager by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
There are usually no requirements for attachments
The exception is if you sign up yourself as a business manager, and you do not have roles in the board. Then you must attach minutes from the board meeting showing the employment.
All role holders can report their own resignation by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
When you resign, you waive all rights and obligations belonging to your role.
By notification of resignation as a board member or a deputy board member, you must confirm that the housing cooperative has been notified.
Once the resignation has been registered, both the housing cooperative and you will be notified of this.
Once the general meeting has elected a new auditor, you report this by submitting the form Coordinated register notification.
You must enclose
- minutes from the general meeting showing the resolution
The auditor must confirm that he or she takes on the assignment.
