Establish a limited company

A limited company must be registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. The deadline for receiving the notification for the company is three months as from the date when the memorandum of association is signed.

If you have founded the company digitally, the processing of your case will be started within five working days after we have received it. If you have founded the company in any other way, your case will be processed within ten working days.
