The case is being processed

The case has now been submitted to us, and will be processed by a case worker.

If you have founded the company digitally, the processing of your case will be started within five working days after we have received it. If you have founded the company in any other way, your case will be processed within ten working days.

Insufficient submission

If there are deficiencies in the submission, we will contact the one who sent the notification. We will then provide you with information on what you need to do to correct the deficiencies, or have the case reviewed again. In our notification, we will inform you if there is a deadline for when you have to submit the correct information.

Have you not heard from us?

The reason for this may be that the notification has not been signed by everyone. The one who have submitted the notification can see who has signed and whether the case has been submitted to us. Here you will find a guidance on how to check the status of your case.
